Charles S. Kearns Chief Executive Officer
Charles Swanson Kearns is the principal founder, CEO, and qualifier for Kearns Construction Company. Mr. Charles Kearns attended the University of Jacksonville where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He established Kearns Construction Company in early 2001 as an S-Corporation, performing residential and commercial construction. Several years later with the help of his partners, Brock and John, Kearns Construction Company got into the marine construction business.
John W. Kearns Chief Financial Officer
John Wallace Kearns III is the CFO and chief estimator of Kearns Construction Company. Mr. John Kearns has a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction form the University of Florida. Before joining his brother, Charlie, as an owner of Kearns Construction Company, Mr. John Kearns worked for Europe’s second largest contractor, Salini Impregilio. He worked for Salini Impregilio for approximately 10 years, where he performed various duties in multiple projects, both in Italy and Miami. John is also a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida.
Brock Sullivan Chief Operating Officer
James Brockton Sullivan, better known as Brock, is COO of Kearns Construction Company. Mr. Sullivan has a vast knowledge of construction and over 24 years of experience in the field. When hurricane Andrew hit South Florida in 1992, he began rebuilding his own home in the Redlands. Thereafter, he moved on to working as a carpenter’s helper building houses in the Florida Keys. He quickly rose in positions from carpenter to foreman to superintendent and then to project manager. As a childhood friend of the Kearns brothers, he later joined Kearns Construction Company in 1997.

Kearns Construction Company is a Florida based general contractor that performs primarily marine construction, environmental restoration, commercial diving, and tremie pour services. Kearns Construction Company prides itself in being a family and friend owned company that has worked to create an atmosphere of trust and comradery among its employees. As a result, Kearns’ delivers quality work and builds strong relationships with clients.
